Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the provided packing slip.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
